If you have a Asus motherboard I would think something like: ASUS Express Gate Lite Installer
but that also depends on the OS in uses as to the version to download, also depends on if the mboard is capable of running Express Gate.
I've tried it on one of my Asus boards & its quick & easy to be on the internet in seconds, but wasn't really my cup of tea.

Edit: There are also many Live CD's out were you don't even need a hard driver or OS install to surf the Web.
Pop the CD in the driver set as boot drive & it does the rest for you pretty much, also can depends on the one picked.

Ubuntu 10.04, quick install and you have a free internet and e-mail work station.
