Hi everyone. I used to be somewhat of a regular in the old Abit forum.
I still have my original NF7-S V2.0 running. My duaghter has been using it for years and she is 20 now!
I can't give her an updated computer, she won't part with it.
That system runs everyday flawless for years and years.
I have had at least 5 updated systems since.
My future son in law wants me to help him build a starter system to learn.
I just purchased an Abit AN8 Fatality to arrive today(ebay).
I have spare parts like an FX-55 2X512 corsair XMS TCCD, 550watt enermax P/S,case
I need a video card that will work with it.
We will be working together and posting our results.
Abit NF7-S V2.0
D 26 Bios (Mantaray)
AMD XPM2800
2X512 MB Mushkin BH-5 3200 Level II
Sata raid 2xWD Raptor 36GB
ATA Maxtor 133 80 GB
Ati X800 500/500 bios mod
Enermax 465
Win XP Pro sp3
(all original parts running daily)
