Hey Chuck glad to see you back!

I don't think it can't run them, I think he's just worried that he might be stressing his PSU to much with the 3 video cards, but I don't think he'll have any problems at all!

He's never had any problems, he just want to make sure he'll be ok.

Well.
There's only one thing to do.
Plug it all in and see what happens.

Roger is you do go with Ultra, you could always go for that 1600w single 117amp 12v rail whistling.gif

although that is overkill in power you wont push that to 100%.

key thing is you will only be using 1200w unless you get a special outlet put in the wall for the full 1600w of power

Gigabyte 990FXA UD3
AMD FX-8350 @ 4.2GHz
Corsair H100 CPU Cooler
16GB Gskill Sniper DDR3 1866
XFX HD7870 DoubleD GHz Edition
OCZ Vertex 4 120GB SSD / Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Western Digital Raptor X 150GB SATA / Games
Corsair HX850 PSU
Asus 20x Dual Layer DVD Burner with Lightscribe
Cooler Master HAF Advanced Case

Not really that special, just a dedicated 20amp outlet, instead of the normal 15amp outlet. smile.gif
